Coaching Approach and Philosophy
I coach runners of all levels from beginner to Boston qualifier. As your coach, I provide a personalized training plan, specific to your goals and individual needs, as well as motivation, encouragement and sound training advice every step of the way.
To help you prevent injury and improve your running economy, I also offer a number of mobility and stability assessments, as well as targeted exercises to optimize flexibility, increase postural stability and increase strength.
I place great emphasis on maintaining and increasing one’s enjoyment of the sport. Experiencing joy during running decreases perceived effort and fosters relaxation, resulting in increased efficiency, persistence and success.
