In a small group, each member receives an individualized plan and training instruction from Coach Eve at a lower rate per person than individual coaching


  Small group coaching includes:

  • Group interview and consult to define running goals and discuss topics of interest, such as running form and technique, injury prevention, shoes and gear, sports nutrition, cross-training, etc.

  • Customized training plan for each group member

  • Individual weekly training log feedback

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence

  • One or two in-person group training sessions per week

Small group size: 2-8 runners
