In a small group, the group receives a customized training plan and training instruction from Coach Eve at a lower rate per person than individual coaching

 

  Small group coaching includes:

  • Group phone consult to define running goals and discuss topics of interest, such as running form and technique, injury prevention, shoes and gear, sports nutrition, cross-training, etc.

  • One customized training plan for the group as a whole, and revision of the training plan as needed throughout the training

  • Unlimited email, text and phone correspondence

  • One, two or three in-person group training sessions per week

Small group size: 2-10 runners
